"The Living Proof"

Last night, I went and saw The Help.  I think it's a must see for everyone!  I absolutely loved it!  It really gives you a life lesson about strength.  Without saying anymore that's all I can say is go see and then listen to every word in this song.  I believe this movie and the closing song should be nominated, if not awarded, an Oscar.  Flawless!  The credits rolled as the beginning of this song played and that's all I heard was an older man sitting behind me balling his eyes out.  This song + this movie touches your soul.

Truthfully, you can try your hardest to understand another's situation but the only way you can fully understand is if you have been there yourself.  Unknowingly, we all try to deny the truth.  However you can't deny what's in front of you if you are "The Living Proof."
